This Level 3 apprenticeship is designed to develop the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to excel in a business support role. From communication and organisation to project management and IT systems, this programme covers all the foundations of effective office administration. Itβs ideal for both new recruits and existing staff looking to grow into a more confident, capable business professional.
Course Duration
Typically 12 months plus 3 months EPA

Learners will build knowledge and skills in areas such as:

Assessment
Learners will complete a Gateway Review to confirm theyβre ready for their End-Point Assessment (EPA), which includes:
- Knowledge Test β a multiple-choice exam to test understanding of business concepts
- Portfolio-based Interview β a structured discussion based on real workplace evidence
- Project Presentation β a work-based project delivered with a written report and presentation
Upon successful completion, apprentices will be awarded the Level 3 Business
Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, recognised nationally by employers.
